How can I subscribe to get the picks via SMS?

I received a tip where 0-0 asian handicap is in use, but I can't find this type of bet with my bookies.
A "draw no bet" or "0-0" asian handicap (money back in case of the draw) is well replaceable using 1X2 odds.
